Description – Part 1, 2 and 3, creating a Succession Plan. We mentor you through the phases of creating and implementing a plan. This course is taught in 3 individual workshops with data collected by the participants into templates. Participants are then coached through the process and supplied with the needed tools. In 3 short months, your plan can be complete and reviewed by experts.
